Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Every gift is handmade to order, so we build in 2–5 business days to craft and prepare your piece. Once it ships, US delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum order, no hidden fees. Sales tax applies for orders shipped to New York.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the US and want to place an order, contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Will I get a photo of my gift before it ships?
Yes. We send you a photo of your finished gift before it ships — so you can see exactly what’s going to your recipient. This is our standard practice for every order, no extra charge.
Products & Materials
What are the flowers made of? Will they last?
Our flowers are handcrafted from pipe cleaner wire (also called chenille stems) — soft, tactile, and built to last indefinitely with normal care. Unlike fresh flowers, they never wilt, never shed petals, and never need water. Many customers display them for years.
Are they safe for people with flower allergies?
Yes. Because our flowers are made from pipe cleaner wire — not real flowers — they produce no pollen and no allergens. They’re a great gift for anyone who loves flowers but can’t be around the real thing.
How do I care for the flowers?
They’re very low-maintenance. To clean: gently wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent any fading. Avoid crushing — the wire can be gently reshaped if a stem bends.
What do the color meanings represent?
Every color we offer carries an intentional meaning:
Red — Love & connection | Pink — Affection & gentle romance

Purple — Meaning & depth | Orange — Celebration & energy

Ordering & Customization
Can I customize a gift?
Absolutely. Custom orders are one of our favorite things to do. You tell us about the person, the occasion, and the feeling you want to express — we handle the rest. Custom pieces typically ship within 2–4 weeks and pricing starts around $180–$320 depending on size and complexity. Start a custom order here.
Can I add a name or message to my gift?
Yes — select gift sets include an optional Name on Box add-on (+$12). The Bloom Frame also allows you to choose a message display inside the frame. For fully personalized pieces with custom text, a name tag, or a handwritten story card, see our Custom Order page.
Can I order for a specific date or occasion?
Yes — please include your needed-by date in the order notes or message us before ordering. If you’re cutting it close, reach out first so we can confirm availability. We always want your gift to arrive on time.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout as the shipping address. If you’d like a personal note included, mention it in the order notes and we’ll hand-write one for you.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your gift arrives damaged, wrong, or different from what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — replacement, refund, or resolution. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at lovegifts@mommymayeth.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We’ll resolve it promptly — no runaround.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Changes and cancellations can be made before production begins (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Once we’ve started crafting your piece, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change — use this form or email us directly.
