Our promise
Every gift from Love Gifts by Mommy Mayeth is handmade with care for you specifically. If something goes wrong, we will make it right. Email us — lovegifts@mommymayeth.com — and we’ll find a resolution together.

Ready-Made Items
Because every piece is made by hand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on ready-made items. Please review product photos, color descriptions, and dimensions carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, ask us first — we’re happy to help you choose the right gift.

If Your Gift Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, here is what to do:

• Email us at lovegifts@mommymayeth.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
• We will respond within 1 business day with a resolution: replacement, store credit, or refund.

We stand behind every gift we make. If it’s not right, we’ll fix it.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically around your request and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Before we start work, we will confirm your design, materials, and timeline — please review everything carefully at that stage.

If you need to cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before production begins are accepted in full. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations (Ready-Made Items)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. To cancel, contact us immediately. Once an item has been crafted, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for color or product preference changes after an order is placed. If you ordered the wrong color and production has not yet started, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to adjust.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
